Team Quotient (TQ)

The TQ is a comprehensive score based on multiple assessment factors that provides a single metric for tracking your team's overall health and performance.

NEO-PI-3

NEO Personality Inventory (NEO-PI-3) is a robust, research-based assessment that measures the five major domains of personality: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI)

The Leadership Judgement Indicator assesses how leaders make decisions and respond to challenging workplace scenarios. It presents realistic dilemmas and measures the appropriateness of different leadership styles: directive, consultative, consensual, and delegative—based on situational needs. The LJI is ideal for evaluating leadership judgment, flexibility, and decision-making effectiveness, and is commonly used in leadership development and selection contexts.
